Why the Great Lakes Bay Region?

The economically diverse Great Lakes Bay Region (GLBR) is located in the central portion of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula and is made up of Arenac, Bay, Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella, Midland and Saginaw Counties.
